We'll email your vet on your behalf, requesting your pet's complete records — visits, exams, medications, diagnostics, and vaccines. Most clinics will reply directly to you or send them to your email on file, since that's the address they already have — once you get them, just forward that email (with any attachments) to the private address below and we'll take it from there. Some clinics may send straight to that address instead, which skips the forwarding step entirely.
